Description

Pizza sliders are warm, melty sandwiches made with soft Hawaiian rolls, zesty pizza sauce, gooey mozzarella cheese, and pepperoni, perfect for gatherings and cozy nights.


Ingredients

  • 12 Soft Hawaiian rolls
  • 1 cup Pizza sauce
  • 2 cups Mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup Pepperoni slices
  • 1 Bell pepper, sliced (optional)
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese (optional)


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Slice the Hawaiian rolls in half and place the bottom halves in a baking dish.
  3. Spread pizza sauce evenly over the rolls.
  4. Layer mozzarella cheese, pepperoni, and any additional toppings like bell peppers on top of the sauce.
  5. Place the top halves of the rolls back on.
  6. Brush the tops with olive oil and sprinkle with Italian seasoning and Parmesan cheese if using.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for about 10-12 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the tops are golden brown.
  8. Serve warm.

Notes

For a true pizza night experience, serve with a side of marinara sauce for dipping. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
