Description
Pizza sliders are warm, melty sandwiches made with soft Hawaiian rolls, zesty pizza sauce, gooey mozzarella cheese, and pepperoni, perfect for gatherings and cozy nights.
Ingredients
- 12 Soft Hawaiian rolls
- 1 cup Pizza sauce
- 2 cups Mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1 cup Pepperoni slices
- 1 Bell pepper, sliced (optional)
- 2 tablespoons Olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Slice the Hawaiian rolls in half and place the bottom halves in a baking dish.
- Spread pizza sauce evenly over the rolls.
- Layer mozzarella cheese, pepperoni, and any additional toppings like bell peppers on top of the sauce.
- Place the top halves of the rolls back on.
- Brush the tops with olive oil and sprinkle with Italian seasoning and Parmesan cheese if using.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 10-12 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the tops are golden brown.
- Serve warm.
Notes
For a true pizza night experience, serve with a side of marinara sauce for dipping. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
