Description

A delightful and comforting banana bread recipe that transforms ripe bananas into a moist and tender loaf.


Ingredients

  • 3 ripe bananas, mashed
  • 1/3 cup melted butter
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • Pinch of salt
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1 large egg, beaten
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mash those ripe bananas with a fork until smooth.
  3. Stir in the melted butter until it’s well combined.
  4. Mix in the baking soda and a pinch of salt to elevate the flavor.
  5. Stir in the sugar, beaten egg, and vanilla extract.
  6. Add the flour, mixing until just combined. Be careful not to overmix!
  7. Pour the batter into a greased loaf pan.
