Description

A creamy, cheesy one-pot meal that combines seasoned beef, zesty chili beans, and gooey cheese, perfect for chilly nights and family gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 can chili beans (15 oz)
  • 1 can diced tomatoes (14 oz)
  • 2 cups macaroni
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Brown the ground beef in a large pot over medium heat until fully cooked. Drain excess fat.
  2. Add the chili beans, diced tomatoes, beef broth, chili powder, garlic powder, and macaroni to the pot. Stir well.
  3. Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce the heat and let it simmer for about 10-12 minutes or until the macaroni is cooked to your liking.
  4. Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese until melted and well combined.
  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot.
