Ingredients
- 1 lb chicken
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 bell pepper, chopped
- 1 can canned tomatoes
- 1 cup rice
- 1 cup pasta
- 1 cup quinoa
- 1 cup marinara sauce
- 1/2 cup BBQ sauce
- 1/2 cup cream-based sauce
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
Instructions
- Chop up your vegetables and proteins.
- In a large skillet, sauté your meat, seasoning it as you go, until browned.
- Toss in your chopped vegetables, allowing them to soften and add flavor.
- Mix in your grains and sauce, letting everything simmer together for about 20 minutes.
- Check for seasoning. Add salt, pepper, or some heat if you like!
- Plate it up and dig in while still warm!
