Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 can canned tomatoes
  • 1 cup rice
  • 1 cup pasta
  • 1 cup quinoa
  • 1 cup marinara sauce
  • 1/2 cup BBQ sauce
  • 1/2 cup cream-based sauce
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning


Instructions

  1. Chop up your vegetables and proteins.
  2. In a large skillet, sauté your meat, seasoning it as you go, until browned.
  3. Toss in your chopped vegetables, allowing them to soften and add flavor.
  4. Mix in your grains and sauce, letting everything simmer together for about 20 minutes.
  5. Check for seasoning. Add salt, pepper, or some heat if you like!
  6. Plate it up and dig in while still warm!
