Ingredients
- 1 lb Protein (chicken, ground beef, turkey, or beans)
- 2 cups Carbs (rice, pasta, or potatoes)
- 2 cups Fresh or frozen vegetables
- 1 cup Cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, or cream cheese)
- 1 can Cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can Diced tomatoes
- 1 cup Broth
- 1 cup Breadcrumbs or crushed crackers
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F.
- In a large bowl, combine your chosen protein, carbs, veggies, and sauces.
- Mix in your seasonings and stir until well-coated.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish, smoothing the top.
- Add cheese or other toppings on the surface.
