Ingredients

  • 1 lb Protein (chicken, ground beef, turkey, or beans)
  • 2 cups Carbs (rice, pasta, or potatoes)
  • 2 cups Fresh or frozen vegetables
  • 1 cup Cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, or cream cheese)
  • 1 can Cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can Diced tomatoes
  • 1 cup Broth
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs or crushed crackers


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F.
  2. In a large bowl, combine your chosen protein, carbs, veggies, and sauces.
  3. Mix in your seasonings and stir until well-coated.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish, smoothing the top.
  5. Add cheese or other toppings on the surface.

Notes
