Ingredients
- Chow mein noodles
- Crisp vegetables (such as bell peppers, carrots, and snow peas)
- Soy sauce
- 2 cloves minced garlic
- 1 tablespoon minced ginger
- Oil for stir-frying
Instructions
- Cook the chow mein noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large pan or wok, heat oil over medium-high heat.
- Add minced garlic and ginger, and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Toss in the crisp vegetables and stir-fry until they are tender but still crunchy.
- Add the cooked noodles and soy sauce, and toss everything together until well combined and heated through. Serve immediately and enjoy!
